View Full Version : Am I Bugged?

I've been having trouble digesting lately. I've been waking up at night with stomach burns. Also, for the last week or so, I've been feeling nauseous at times. Again, I become aware of it during the night, and it sometimes persists throughout the day.

I'm starting to wonder what's going on. :confused: (The darn mind, trying to figure everything out, I know! ;))

Digestion has always been my weakness, yet I have never experienced anything like this before, esp the nausea part. Oh, and in case you're wondering, I'm definitely not pregnant! (Immaculate conception? Nah, don't think so! lol:p )

My diet hasn't changed lately. The only thing unusual has been my last container of sauerkraut. The liquid had shrunk, leaving the kraut exposed which I know isn't recommended.

Could parasites be the culprit? I know there's some info on the matter in the Gross thread but I can't muster the guts (no pun intended! :D ) to go search through it.

Has anyone ever experienced something similar or have any idea what might be going on?

Thanks guys!

Carmella,

Sorry you are having so much trouble right now! Cliff and I have always taken food enzymes no matter how or what we were eating. It does seem to settle things down and digest easier.

Not to be prying or anything, but is there anything in your life that you feel you are not digesting well or you are upset about or can't seem to stomach at the time? (You don't have to answer, just a question to ask yourself)

Could also say to yourself: "I digest life with ease." (author: Louise Hay's books)

Hope this helps and finds you on the mend quickly!

Pansy

P.S. Also we do colon cleanses four times a year.

Carmella: Remember the article you posted from David Favor? he said; candida/parasites/viruses are there to CLEAN US when their work is complete they will leave of their own volition !

Juice fast for a day or so? Try mono eating for a day or two? Hope you feel better ! Love to you so you can do it faster;

RAW fruits and vegetables have their own 'enzymes' to help us digest. So if you'r not eating cooked, which kills enzymes I don't believe we need to take them. ??? Peach has peach enzymes, Bananna has banana enzymes; Papaya/Pineapple have their own enzymes etc; Joz

Thanks girls for your input on the matter. And thanks Jozzie for the reminder re:how it will sort itself out on its own. (What Don keeps telling me! lol)

I'm gonna be having only liquid stuff for a few days, see how that helps. ;)
