Hi Ocean,

Do you think I can make these chips using almond flour instead of the pulp from almond milk? I don't make almond milk.

It should work, I havn't tried making lt like that, but let me know!

I'm making another batch right now. I already ate the last batch!

** a tip when making these, they have to be really dried before flipping them!****

When I made these again I added more water. This made really thin chips! These take along time to dehydrate. But are so close to the tortilla chips you buy in the store.

***The most important part of making these is to make sure they are really dehydrated before flipping them onto the mesh sheet****

Then continue dehydrating until super crisp!

Wouldn't it be nice to make them in different colors?

White - white corn
Yellow - recipe above - yellow pepper
Blue - blue corn? **blueberry juice till 'right' color?
Red - Red Pepper - 2 drops of Beet Juice

I was SO HAPPY to find this recipe!! :)

My fridge and freezer stopped working yesterday, and I had to use up a bunch of previously frozen corn before it went bad, so I ran around looking for flax seeds before and after work, and finally found some. Then I came home this evening and made up a double batch of these. I added some nutritional yeast for a cheezy flavor, some extra chili powder, a bit of onion and garlic powders...and also a little olive oil..

They are in the D now..and smell yummy!

Do you think you could make these without the pepper? I have all the ingredients but that!

I would make them without pepper anyway. I like peppers but not the taste of them in some things. I find it too overwhelming. These look good.
