Roasted Nori?

Hello..ive been a 100% raw vegan for almost 4 weeks. I have a question about roasted nori. Raw nori is unheard of where i live ( i know i can purchase it online) but for the time being is eating roasted nori ok??? can i still get some benefits from it?

we'v all done it. eat the 'nori' until we discovered 'raw' nori. So enjoy it for now/

Yup. I say roasted seaweed is better than no seaweed at all.
