Purple Corn

does anyone use this: is it good??? where to get it from, if its good for us??

Purple corn is said to connect us to ancient wisdom. I find it takes me into a tranquil state beyond my habitual thought patterning. This purple corn is particularly potent. It is grown organically in Peru where it has been cultivated since antiquity as a food and medicine. Highly nutritious, packed full of powerful antioxidant polyphenols and flavonoid anthocyanins responsible for one of the richest purple colors found in nature. The extract contains at least 5% anthocyanins—a single teaspoon equals the anthocyanins found in 1.5 cups of blueberries. Anthocyanins are known to promote life, youth and improve body functioning in many, many ways. It makes food and drinks look incredible and can even be used as a fabric and hair dye. It can be blended into smoothies and desserts. We add it to the chocolate pudding we eat every day. This particular purple corn extract is exceptionally potent - start with 1/8 teaspoon per recipe - there are about 24 times this amount in 10g. Joz

Mosaica: Thanks; I'll check these out!

But is it really that 'euphoric' so to connect me with 'ancient wisdom' ??? I just want """" I find it takes me into a tranquil state beyond my habitual thought patterning."""" Joz
