Have dial-up so no can see vid.
BUT I really enjoyed reading the comments ppl left and like this one so much I am gonna post it here:
"The actions we need to take for global warming are the same actions we should be taking anyway to ensure the long term reliability of our System of systems:..."
Or I would say, the long term survival of our species and planet;
the way we live now in North America, is unsustainable, regardless of Global Warming.
I've been watching more and more of this guy's videos on YouTube. And the more I learn about the nature of climate change, the more all of this starts to sink in as to just how important all of this really is. ...and the more it unnerves me just how big of a change all of this will be in my lifetime.
I'm joining the ranks of people that are spreading the word about this clip as well as others. I'm posting on MySpace and Facebook and talking to people, etc. etc. etc. (as well as posting here to bump this up, yeah... I'll admit to that)
I have a friend that says to me, "In your lifetime, you'll probably see some drastic events and changes. There's gonna be wars fought over scarce resources like fresh water, as all the chemicals we use for agriculture will probably contaminate the water table... there's gonna be a huge shift in climate as the polar ice caps continue to melt and sea levels rise, flooding coastal regions and turning many peoples into refugees. You'll see some amazing things happen, and I almost hope I'll be gone by that time."
...I hope he's wrong, but I'm afraid he's probably right.
