Thank you! What a great comment, it's very true... it has done a number on my outlook and spirit. I'm myself now, and I find that without hiding, I'm moving about my life with an honesty I couldn't fathom before. It's changed me to my core. Well, unearthed me, rather.

that is soooo obvious from your pictures! i started on my fasting/rawbie path mid august. so far i've lost over 49 lbs and i can feel myself changing so much.

I know you've already read it.... but WOWEE, you really have transformed. You are just the picture of health now! You have such a serenity and happiness and glow to you! It's SUCH a difference!

i love reading the stories of how people find raw... every story is so unique but there seems to be this thread of familiar within them... health. finding our bodies are 'letting us down' because we are 'letting them down' by feeding them dead food.

Someone just asked for an update, so I took photos today. It's next year, after all

So this is me, just over 7 months raw. I feel so great that I forget that I feel so great...it's just normal now. YAY!!!!!
