That is easy

lately I am eating, and dreaming of Carmi's creamy pasta with the marinated mushrooms and spinach!!!

But if you were to ask a month ago it would have been a dessert, as I have a huge sweet tooth

but in the last month my tastes have gone from sweet to savory

My favorite dessert is key lime pie. I tweak ma-raw's recipe from her site. It sure is yummy!!!

I love the ocean, the trees, the mosses and the huge variety of birds present here.

Up the mountains (the Carpathians) in Romania. I met there people untouched by civilization (ok, not totally, not quite tribal

) who were unbelievable welcoming and wise without much schooling (if at all).
