Banana Sesame Milkshake

I don't measure anything so amounts are aprox, to taste

Tahini Milkshake:
2 large bananas
1 T black sesame seeds
1-2 T tahini
4 medjool dates
1-2 T hemp/flax oil
1 c frozen berries, strawberry or cherry are best
sea salt to taste 1/8 t ?
water, fill to the 5 c marker

This gets drank down so fast by Derek and Caleb that I wonder if there will be any left for me!

this looks great! Do the black sesame seeds really add that much flavor? I'm not sure I have any.

Oh, man, I can't wait to make this. I don't have black sesame, so I guess I will have to make it with regular sesame.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, DANNY BANANY!!!

YOU MADE MY DAY!

You are sooo welcome! I hope you both enjoy it

Don't worry about the black sesame seeds, I add them for health more than flavor, I am not even sure of the difference they make in the flavor
The regular stuff will work just fine

Hey Danny,

I made it for breakfast this morning, yummmmm yummmmm! Then I took some to work for a snack. And I still have some for tomorrow. Next time I go to the HFS I will look for the black seeds. But for now the regular ones do the trick.

Thank you, I love it.

Oh I am so glad you enjoyed it!
Funny, I never thought of how much it makes as I share it with 2 growing boys
Since you are a sesame/tahini fan, do you know if I could sub the actual seeds in this recipe and if they would blend smooth like tahini? Or should I blend the seeds in the blender by themselves first?
I am starting to run out of tahini but just discovered I have some seeds in the fridge
