Sundried Tomato Basil Pesto

I made this today with the over-abundance of basil!

5 cups fresh basil leaves
2 cups walnuts
2/3 cup sundried tomatoes
3 tbs olive oil
3-4 cloves garlic
1 1/4 tsp sea salt

whiz together in FP!

mine has gone into the freezer for the winter along with another kind

wow that sounds exactly like something i would loooove to eat!
thanks for posting.
sadly though, i must save the recipe for the summer season... we have snow covering the garden right now, which is not conducive to growing fresh basil
