We had these for dinners yesterday too and it was my best batch so far. Mmmmm

I found my previous ones were a little too wet but then I realized it might be because I used psyllium husks rather than ground psyllium seeds (which would be more dense). Soooo, I thought I'd put in a tad more husks and it totally did the trick!

Oh, and sometimes, what I do for the tartar sauce is use some left-over cashews cream or sauce, add to it a little chopped dill, green onion, celery and pickles. Delish!

I'm in the process of making these for the umpteenth time, but I always wonder about this one thing...

It's kinda hard to figure out how much 1 1/2 cups zucchini is BEFORE spiralizing. Do you just eye it? Maybe we should transfer the measurement into AFTER it's spiralized. Would be much easier methinks...

OK, so let's see... What I figured to be 1 1/2 cups BEFORE yielded ... 1 3/4 cups. Hum, that's pretty darn close!

What about you, Jozzie? Care to measure it next time you make these, just to compare...
