Thanks Steph. I was so excited to see how crispy, but tender the veggies came out...it looked pretty and tasted good...I don't like to use a lot of garlic, but the marinade was not as powerful as I thought it would be....UNTIL it sat out for a few minutes and then all of a sudden the flavor started to peak!! I never saw that happen before..which is why I say, let it sit a few minutes before serving and stir it up real well!!

You made it so 'good looking'

and from just glancing at recipe sounds delish! Thanks!

* this would be so good on our re-creation of Au Lac's Jicama rice we did last night....

Thanks Joz...it's one of my new favorites...that and the marinated portobello filet Mignon. YUMMM. We used to eat a lot of stir fry...and i was worried my honey wouldn't like it.he loved it..and we both ate a TON of veggies.

I wish I liked jicama. I love rice and have not found an uncooked replacement for it yet..but the one time i tried to make jicama the smell just seemed so pungent to me..maybe i'll try it again..maybe it was not good any more.
