Does anyone have information: are they edible? I would love to put several in a green smoothie. But how many if they are edible? I read that people sell blueberry leaf powder, then there's dry leaves for tea. But what about fresh leaves?
It would be interesting to find out if the fresh ones could be used?
Hmmm, such a good question Joz, Im curious too since I pick wild ones every summer - never even entertained the idea of them being edible...it would be awesome!
I talked to Sergei when he gave a Wild Edibles Class; he said to put about 3-5 leaves in the green smoothies.
Will give them a try -- well now there's no leaves. Joz
