Today: the month of October was 'f'enomenal for health lectures and pot lucks and most of all and the bestests was

FORKS OVER KNIVES spreading all over the nation.... and then on October 25th it was shown in the Capitol Hill to Congress and other Politicians....FORKS OVER KNIVES Screens on Capitol Hill

On Tuesday, October 25th, Forks Over Knives was screened on Capitol Hill for several members of Congress and legislative staffers.

FOK lead experts T. Colin Campbell, Ph.D. and Caldwell Esselstyn, M.D. made short presentations and answered questions from the audience.

Post Lecture Report:: I did great.... there was two 90 y/o in the audience... they told me I did good... BUT .... this gentlemen told me; I'm 90 yrs old.... so now he's not going to change much to live longer.... I asked to share his 'SECRET' little whiskey NO NO NO CIGARETTES plenty of work (physical activity) and not much junk....and as I said... he goes to bed early.... WOW... and then a 90 y/o lady said she grows her own garden and eats off of it.... WOW.... .

I was going through this years calendar... I am more than amazed on how much stuff ~n~ stuff we did in Medford and around for Health Lectures, Movies(documentaries) Raw Pot Lucks.... and and FORKS OVER KNIVES shown to 1,000 So I'm preparing to show it to 2,000 in 2012 !

Also showing CUT POISON BURN as it is time.... medicine of old especially the brutal/barbaric Dark Ages Oncology must come to an end.....

The whole city is excited... I only shared this just with my 'friends' the group of raw and vegan fooders etc. and it spread like wild fire..

I got Newspaper, 2 radio stations , and working on 3 TV stations to participate and cover this event...

millions of details to work out.... but it's a happening in Medford.

It's been beyond hecktick for the last month... Finally ! Finally !

the arrangements have been made.....

DR. ESSELSTYN featured in FORKS OVER KNIVES coming to Craterian Ginger Rogers Theater May 18

and

to Smullin Rogue Valley Hospital Center - to all health practitiones by Registration for CME credits.

Had to design Flyers, Tickes, and interviews.... and arrangements for Dr.& Mrs. E to stay here and to fly here.... WHOWSHERS.... this has been the biggest event and the biggest challange I had EVER. but the whole of So. Oregon is abuzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz and excited...

I should just write a book about all this excitement.... One thing is it's about HEALTH and the changes we must make as individuals, as hospitals, as a society, etc..... so that '' health '' works....
