Thursday the 30th of August. That’s the day my first eZine, ‘News From The Kitchen’ (NFTK) will be hitting your inboxes and the very first featured recipe is the one you see above. That’s right, I’ll be giving you the recipe for this rather magnificent dessert to impress your friends with.
There’ll also be a section on ‘knowing your ingredients’ where I’ll be focussing on one ingredient, showing you the benefits, possible uses and links to further information.
NFTK will also feature books that I’m currently reading or ones that I have revisited from my bookshelf, with links to Amazon in your region so you can take a closer look at these recommended resources if you wish.
There’ll be a Q&A section where you’ll get to ask your most burning raw food prep questions (or anything you see fit to ask!) and a regular kitchen tip to make those raw dinners that little bit easier and successful.
