I've made these a couple of times and -love- them. I make them with blueberries and serve with agave. So yummy!

Beckla,

Do you mean you mixed whole blueberries in the batter or serve them on top? I bet both would be awesome! Thanks for the idea...

Both! In the batter, they get all warm like SAD bb pancakes... then I top them with a mix of agave and fresh blueberries. So good!!

hmm

Howdy...

I have been lurking and savoring these bad boys. I was wondering, those who have made them, do you eat the full batch, or do you store them in the fridge? I want to try these asap. How long would they las in a ziplock?

Alright thanks everyone!

Oh Beckla! That sounds so darn good!!!

Hey Davy,
We just have a couple then freeze the rest, putting them in 2 ziplock bags (one inside the other). I learned that little trick from RP I think to help avoid frost bite.

Yum! Yum! Yum!
