I have heard that the Blessed Herbs is a great cleanse, however it is way to expensive for me right now. I hope to give it a try soon.

Boulder, Colorado
Hey Melissa, this pic reminds me of Boulder. Do you live anywhere near there?

OMG!
As a matter of fact we were there today. We went up Boulder Canyon today for a little rock climbing.
There are some photos on Alex's blog for you to check out. It was overcast and the lighting was not great, but they are still cool photo's.
That's quite the "boulder" you got there between your fingers. lol

Absolutely painless. They pass out through the softened and expanded bile ducts after taking specified amounts of EV olive oil, grapefruit and salt. (Recipe posted below.) This program allows you to swallow one tablespoon fairly easy along with your favorite juice. It goes down a whole lot easier that way. And it's only one tablespoon.
P.S All the stones I passed were soft. Some softer than others. Absolutely no pain! Just lots of amazement at what comes out. It's like, "THAT was in me???"

Hey there everyone...
I'm glad you got this thread up and running first garden. I've been up since about 3-ish (can't sleep). I've done the blessed herbs cleansers and I think they are very good. I find that with my current digestive state, the bulk building type of cleansers work great during the first 3-4 days and then after that there is not much action as far as bm's go. Also, the bulk type of cleansers can end up constipating me if I do them too longer because of the extreme bulking up- no matter how much agua I'm drinking. I'm thinking that the oxy powder might be something worth trying for me.
I want to do a parasite cleanse. I have been wanting to for the longest. I'm scared. I don't know...I've never seen anything yet though. Personally, I have always been a true believer in the healing power of herbs and herbal teas and have played around with my own combination after searching. If I had the money, I would probably do some sort of herb school. At first, when I first went raw last August, it was kind of hard to adjust to. I had to stop drinking my teas because I was commited to doing the 100% thing. I still am. I have come to a happy place though and have decided that I will have some teas that I'm sure will be warmer than 105 degrees but I honestly believe after the reading that I've done that some herbs must be heated past this point to release properties and so that's that. Okay, I digress.
Back to this thread....I love this stuff; it is amazing what goes on inside our bodies.

Hi LavendarJ - Well, there's sun teas. And for heating, I believe the guideline is 118 degrees max. As for parasites, no news is good news. I have used Paragone on & off. No matter how consistent I am with it, I never see any in my BMs. But I will be persisting here, because my energy & tox levels remain suspicious. Have a beautiful Sunday.

This is the most addicting thread ever! LOL!
My husband and brother did Colon Blow a few years back, in hopes of having results like these, and they did not really get much of anything. I showed my husband this thread, and he was disappointed in his results! LOL! Of course he was on the SAD then. Maybe now as a vegan for two years and 30-50% raw for 5 months -- he will have better results!
Thanks for all the interesting posting!

Oh, for many of us, it takes time & persistence. Colonix says it takes up to 3 months to expel tenacious colon impurities. I thought of getting ColonBlow too, but its program is short. Unless you buy a bunch of it. But that might get expensive. Natural Healing Today used to have ColonBlow in their Top Ten review, but apparently dropped it off the list. They were pretty skeptical about the seriousness of ColonBlow's program for many reasons. I think Oxy-Powder might be well worth looking into.
Blessings.
