i did not have the pickles, so being i have an overabundance of zucchinis i made fresh zuke pickles. then i went ahead and used the juice from that and chopped up a not quite ready few slices of 'pickles'.
divine!

Thank you -
I have not tried these pickles, but they are pasteurized, so why get them versus any other organic dill pickle?

I talked to the company also and they are unpasteurized and 100% raw. So not sure why you thought they were pasteurized?

Ocean,
What would you suggest using if you run out of pickle juice? There tends to be more pickles than juice in the jar.
Thanks!

Wow, with the Bubbies I always have 3/4 jar left of juice. I would suggest buy another jar.
