D'fly's Green Breakfast Superfood Smoothie!
2 cups filtered water
2 big handfuls of spinach
1 frozen E3 live cube (about 1 tbs liquid)
1" piece of ginger
1 frozen banana
1/2 mango
1 handful goji berries
1 handful hemp seeds
1/2 TBS maca
1/2 TBS lucuma
handful cacao beans
Blend up and enjoy! You can use frozen mango too. This is surprisingly very mild tasting on the sweet side (from the mango). THe banana mellows out the strong spinach taste. Kept me hopping till lunch and usually my smoothies only hold me for an hour or so...and I drink this at 7am!
Makes about 1 litre (4 cups)
