Zucchini Dillfredo
I made this for dinner, it is really good and thought I would share the recipe!
Zucchini Dillfredo
2- Zucchinis (not peeled, just cut off the ends)
Use grater attachment in FP to make grated zucchini (set aside in bowl)

Sauce:
2 Tbs. Tahini
2 Tbs. Almond Butter
½ Lemon (juiced)
1 garlic clove
1 Tbs. Dill (fresh)
1/8 Cup olive oil (add last while FP is running)
Process in FP with the S blade, add olive oil while FP running to make a thinner sauce. Pour over the zucchini & add the sunflower seeds.
• Optional Mix in 1 Tbs. raw sunflower seeds after mixed in bowl.
