Don's Spicy Cucumber Dill Soup

Don came up with another winner for supper. Lip-smacking good!

Spicy Cucumber Dill Soup
1/2 large avocado
3 cups cucumber
3 celery stalks
1 cup fresh dill (or 2 tsp dried)
1 green onion
1 garlic clove
1/2 orange, juiced
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs miso
1 tsp curry powder
Dash cayenne
2 cups water (or to taste)

Blend until smooth. If desired, warm up gently on the stove, while stirring constantly.

Yum..Looks easy peasy also! Will have to put this on the list of the next recipes to try. Aong with the Salsa Walnut Meat Recipe (I'm still drooling over that one!)

We're so in tune it's getting uncanny! lol While you were posting, I was actually making this soup to check on my measurements.

It was close but is a little too heavy on the spices. I've made the corrections to the original recipe. Make sure to do the same or else... No, no, just kidding! It wasn't that bad, just not well balanced.

hey Carmella, thanks to mention the recipe but you didn't mention in your recipe about the timing, at how much time we have to boil like this....kinda mention the time as well....cheers...!
