Those are some good suggestions already.
I used to live in Northern India and Kathmandu, but that was before I went raw and I think how hard it will be to stay raw when I return for visits. However, there is plenty of yummy fruit, you shouldn't have a problem with it if you can peel it. you can eat it as it is. There are super yummy bananas, mangoes, pomegranetes (sp?), papaya, etc and if you are in an city there are fresh juice stands with yummy yummy juice.
as for veggies, we would buy fresh veggies and soak them in a veggie soak to rinse off the bacteria, etc. I forget the name of the product, but you can google it.
on the bright side, there is plenty of yummy veg. food to supplement what raw you can get!
