FG, I agree with Carmella. Your presentation is wonderful - everything looks so delicious. The pizza is amazing! What kind of cheese do you have "piped" over the top? I'll bet everyone at the party was very impressed!

thanks girlies!

it was a fun day indeed, wish you all could have been there!

Coonlie,

the cheese is a sunflower seed cheese from RAWvolution:

soaked sunflower seeds
lemon juice
nama shoyu
water
garlic

people reeeally loved it!

Thanks so much, Fairygirl. I'm still working on getting my pizzas to "great" rather than just "good". This cheese looks like a good addition to my pizza improvements list.

Thanks Mosaica, you are very kind!

Yes, my clients do enjoy their food - a few really don't like the soups though, so I do smoothies for them now, hehe. They say "soup is supposed to be hot!"

Oh wow is all I can say!!!

Snowdrop,
What a feast for the eyes you laid out for us! I'm totally with Fairygirl, we'll be making a couple of your recipes when she visits.

Danny,
Fabulous job! Wow! Will have to try Maraw's version when I can get my hands of some jicama.

FG,
Girl! *sigh* You continue to amaze me! Your breads look delish and what a meal you prepared for your friend. Bet she was awed by it all! Mmmmmmmm...

Guess I would have said I was jealous, but then again, I'll soon have you as my personal chef (well, sorta! ) Woo-Hoo!!!!!
