Hi everyone!
I haven't posted for awhile, but, I have been cruising through now and then and I have a question.

I have been hearing a lot about MSG and how it is in every kind of processed food you could imagine and also how it goes under different names, such as, natural flavorings, soy products and hydrolized yeast, etc. Which brings me to nutritional yeast that is sometimes mentioned in our raw foods recipies. Is this the same as hydrolized yeast or protien? and also, how about the Amino Acid and the Noma soy, I think I spelled it right. What makes these items different than MSG?
Thanks,
