Cafe Gratitude cook book
Has anyone been to this restaurant in San Fransisco? I have friends who visit it often and she just bought the cookbook and loaned it to me. It's a RAW restaurant and the food looks AMAZING! The recipes look fairly easy and oh so yummy! I can't wait to try them out. I'm going to try the coconut lemongrass thai soup and the cocnut pie recipes this weekend. I love the book (and they do this at the restaurant, too) because everything has a name like "I Am Grateful" or "I am Abundant" or "I am Divine" it's so happy!

Man! ive so wanted this book for a while...people always rave about it.
ive got so many raw recipe books that i dont NEED another...buuuut, its goin on my christmas list now  |

I made the coconut curry soup tonight and it was DIVINE! Even my un-RAW mom loved it.
I really recommend it!

I just made the cocnut pie from this book. It is chilling now. If it's any good I'll post the recipe. I'm a little freaked out by how much coconut oil is in it (1/2 cup + 2 tbls)! I'll eat small pieces! Also, why do recipe PICTURES always look so different from the recipes?? The picture shows this creamy WHITE coconut pie and mine is brown. So don't be fooled like I was if you try this recipe!

i just went on the amazon link you posted and
the cafe gratitude book isn't listed.
