Remember??? if you'r aiming for '''good'''' healthy sleep start by preparing around 9 p.m. *** idieally after sunset sun gazing! Don't walk into a house and turn on lights, puters, TV or other fake lights !!!!!!!!!!! from sun gazing go into motion of preparing for sleep (((I'm going to start that!!!)))) and remember? 2 hrs before midnight are the two hours of the MOST IMPORTANT SLEEP the hours after 3 a.m. don't matter as much! as those are the hours for/of elimination-dumping.

so what you need to do 10 p.m. to 11 or 12 do 3 am 4 5 or 6 ! TO HEALTH AND SLEEP !

we are supposed to do: slow, deep, **??? 6 breaths per minute???? hehehe I tried this and wow !!!!!!!!!!! I'll have to confirm this. But I think so!!!!!!!!!!!


so STOP and just count how many shallow breaths per minute you take???? WOW Joz

Thank God for exercising/ running... it has lowered my resting heart rate by lots.

So it seems that everyone enjoyed the book? I was looking into getting it.

Re awakening this thread

Since the new year is upon us, hows about re-reading Tonya's amazing "quantum eating" book my friends. I am aiming at following it by a 2 p.m. curfew but I must confess it is 2:11 and I am sipping a cup of tea......trying to finish a cleanse that calls for "lax" tea at night......guess this is "night" to me now. 3 days of MC and a cup of tea.....g'night.....
anyone else following her principles?
She is amazing + her book is ....... intense!

Me too! Back to the USA in less than 24 hours. I'm going to change my sleep schedule and a few other habits. What a funny "coincidence" that it will be right at the new year. Love it!

Rest ***THIS IS NOT SLEEP ! this is circadian rythm of Sevens and we must enter into this rest.....I just got a few books to work this out for myself. """THE MYSTERY OF THE SEVENS'''''' Whole Universe revolves around this.................
Food
Excercise
Air; Oxygen Proper Breathing
Skin Care - Brushing
Water - Sea Salt balanced consumption untill we get to Quantum stage and won't need it then...............
Sunshine; 15 min to 60 min daily - it must be 12 NOON and now? whenever we can get it............
MOOD/ATTITUDE/GRATITUDE/EMOTIONS
