Happy Anniversary!

It's my 2nd wedding anniversary today.

Want to make something nice for the hubby.

I was thinking along these lines but haven't quite come up with the specifics....

soup
manicotti
salad
carrot cake (since I was gonna make that anyway)

Can I get some help with a fantastic menu for tonight...something that wont take me too long to prepare.....


Right now it's 2am and I have no inspiration.

Gee I am on a fast and food menu is hard for me to think of.... I am actually thinking of what to make for Xmas and I have a hard time thinking!!!

Aha!! One thing you can do is, I love love this, Mock Salmon Pate easy to make too!!

Hmmmm other than that.... I think it is best to hear what the others have to chime in.... I am not good when it comes to deciding foods be it to make or to eat..... I can take foooooorrrrreeeevvvvveeeeeeeeeeerrrrrr...... yes that loooong!!!

Have a blast tonight!! Oh don't forget to burn some candles and splash some flowers across the dining table and also some incense or aromatherapy oil burning somewhere and enjoy!!!

I made....nothing.






With the insomnia I've had for the past 3 days, I was so tired I couldn't function anymore and had no energy to do anything so I just had to go to sleep.

I did manage to finish the carrot cake I got started on the night before...so I guess we had cake for dinner.



I think we are going to celebrate on New Years Eve....We did that last year too since we had a power outage wind/snow storm here in Western Washington. Now it's just been raining for 3 days in a row.

But I did get some lovely flowers and a wonderful mushy sappy card.

Those are lovely flowers.... me a sucker for flowers.... love love love them!! and sorry that you are not able to make anything but as you said in New Years and I hope this time round YOU GET ENOUGH SLEEP!!!!

Aisah...I am a worry-wart.

DH is having difficulty at work getting his peoples to.... well.... work.

And he has been complaining alot about it...this, that and some other things and it worries me that he is really upset.

Okay so at least we know its because of your worrying that keeps your mind active and it cannot rest - that which caused an imbalance to the brain.... take a few calm breaths and you will be able to sleep... how about your DH, is he able to sleep??
