Talking It's early Christmas for me!!!

I just got a package from none other than our very own Dodo bird! Yippee!

Joz has been helping me by ordering then re-shipping stuff I can't easily find in our neck of the woods.

JOZZIE, YOU'RE THE BEST!!!
(Notice the use of caps to emphasize my point! )

Sooooo, now me got to play with:

- a quiche pan with removable bottom (to make lovely pies and such)
- a 7 " and 4 teeny 4" springform pans (to make cheesecakes and all of Fairygirl's yummy sweet creations and whatever dessert strike my fancy! Woo-Hoo!)

Can you tell I'm excited?

She also sent me some dried mushies (Yay!), lucuma and Irish moss to sample. (More Yays!)

Although I gotta tell you, I'm highly of the moss thingie. It looks mighty strange to me. Not to mention it reeeeeeeeeeks! (Is that normal? )

Anyhoo, guess I've been a good girl, I mean birdie, to get all these treats just in time for Christmas!

THANK YOU JOZZIE YOU!!!

Yea, Carmi It is so exciting getting new things!

Joz - where did you get the 4" springform pans?? Are they actually the cheesecake type pan or the tart pans? Small cheesecake pans would be wonderful to have!!

Carmi,

I just got my 1st bag of Irish Moss yesterday. I didn't open it, since we are leaving tomorrow for Cleveland and I wont be able to play with it 'till we get back -- I stuck it straight into the freezer. So I don't know how it smells . Elaina Love did send a couple of pages of info and recipes which I will share with you later today (they are at home and I am at work) I can't wait to try it out, though. It really intrigues me and from everything I've been reading it is has lots of wonderful health benefits.

Peaches

RFC's Amazon account; RFC gets some points/credits for the purchases.

They are the 4" 8" cheese cake ones. Cute little pans! Joz

Gigi,
I don't know yet what I'll use the lucuma for. Definitely in the Best Coffee Ever though. Mmmmmmmmm

Raw Love,
We have a bunch of different pans in RFC's Amazon Store in the Kitchen Tools section. These are the ones I ordered.

Peaches,
I'll put my moss in the freezer too then. That can't hurt.
