The colour is made by purple corn, put in water for a night.
So it is full of anti-oxidants..
This is the raw version, there are also cooked versions...

Here the RECIPE!!
The fun is that this drink can not be found on some rawfoodfora.
(also not on Alissa's... ).

The reason is that originally it is not been made raw, but cooked.

I havn't made it yet myself, but some guys here working for a rawfoodcafe and company did.

Also nice if you replace a part of the Agave with STEVIA:

You will get a very healthy low calorie drink!
