Hi,
When you say curry powder do you mean masala? like a pre-blended spice blend. here real curry is from curry leaves although you do get "dead" (irradiated etc) "curry blends" from the supermarket. I prefer to grind my own spices and make my own masala blends.

Curry Powder is from curry leaves............ and we are able to get Organic Brand here.........

if you'r able to dry and grind your own.... wow! I'm jealous now....

I 'm looking to see where I can get a curry plant so I can grow it.

I use the Frontier brand organic curry powder. Unfortunately I can't get any closer to the real stuff where live... Would be nice though!
