I made your cake this week, but this time with Anna's mods. I had it sitting in the freezer for a few days, waiting for the right time to get it out and awe the other Ashinah residents. So yesterday, I let it thaw and quickly whipped up the frosting.

I left some pieces of cake on the community kitchen table so didn't get to see everyone's reaction. But let me tell ya, Kreel and his friend Gregory who is visiting from the Coast were totally amazed at how yummy it was. I told them that the creator of the recipe would be very pleased to hear how much they enjoyed it.

Oh, and for dinner tonite, we ended up having a bit of a Dodo theme going (funny as I didn't realize it until we were sitting at the table). I served your fajitas on pepper wraps with avo and sour cream. Manu went "Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm" like for ages! lol AND Don declared this is his favorite entree ever!!! Wowsers girl! You sure know how to wow the gents!

One only One example! this cute little Mikey told me that he wished that I was close to his age so that he could choose me for a ''''''''' did not know what to call it = hehe, so he could eat my food for rest of his life !!! His wife knows all this !

O.K. one more! this one's killing me!!!! My ex after he moved out he asked if he could pay me to '''''FEED''''' him ! He would come over and pick food to go and go to his ???? and eat! I told him to teach her to cook ! hehehe ! On many occasions and especially all the holi days he would bribe the kids to bring him some of 'my' food ! they would sneak it out the back door. hehe!

This still goes on! What can I say! I got that 'magic' ingredient in my fingertips !!! What can I say?
