Asheville,NC.... hikes, raw restaurants, things to do, etc.

My bf and I are going to Asheville and looking for hikes, cool things to do, etc.

We are into the outdoors....

Also, we would like to stay at a cute bed and breakfast... it could even be out of town a bit.... something beautiful.

Any help would be appreciated.
