I have been craving something more than fruit so I made some tahini milk (Storm and Jinjee style) but it was too thin, so I dabbled around and came up with this simple mix that I (and my boys!!) LOVE!
I don't measure anything so amounts are aprox, to taste
2 large bananas
1 T black sesame seeds
1-2 T tahini
4 medjool dates
1-2 T hemp/flax oil
1 c frozen berries, strawberry or cherry are best
sea salt to taste 1/8 t ?
water, fill to the 5 c marker
I don't really like tahini so I find it suprising that I like this rich version of it, Storm and Jinjee's is much thinner (whole blender full of water + less banana), and hemp oil is supposed to be strong but I haven't noticed it
