Basic but tasty Cacao Mylkshake

2 cups almond mylk
2 tablespoons ground cacao
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 frozen bananas
10 dates soaked in 1 cup water
Date soak water
10 large pieces of ice
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons maca

Put all ingredients together in a powerful blender. Top with cinnamon powder, and put a cinnamon stick in the drink as a garnish.

If you're feeling extra spicy, munch on the softened cinnamon stick when you're finished with the mylkshake!

LOL! I'm glad you enjoyed it! So funny -- there is a thread I'm pretty active on on RFT about how having too much cacao has muddled up my concentration.

I feel like a pusher!!! haha

Oh-oh... I've been having chocolate candy as dessert for like 2 weeks in a row now. Does that mean I'm turning into a chocoholic?
