Training foods
I am an avid runner (currently running 35-40 miles per week) and training for a marathon. I also love to cycle.
It seems that the fitness world is full of supplements: Gu, Shot Bloks, etc.
Are there more natural, easy to eat things I can eat while exercising.
I try to drink only coconut water and plain water, but sometimes I end up eating a Gu or some Sports Beans.
Any suggestions?
