Thumbs up Don's Creamy Citrus-Herb Dressing

I made this today because I am going out for supper later this week to a restaurant and need something to make the salad interesting. I don't often eat normal lettuce salads and I rarely use a dressing so I didn't know how much I would like this. The recipe made so much it didn't fit in my glass jar, so I put the extra in a bowl and ate it like a blended soup....and oh my goodness it is SOOO GOOOD!
I gulped it down in no time!
Thank you so much Don and Carmella

I didn't make the exact recipe as I had just run out of tahini so I used cashew butter (Artisana)

Yes! Cashew butter is actually cheaper than almond b. and I can get the raw brand Artisana locally
My favorite raw snack is a banana halved, or "split", spread with cashew butter, and sprinkled with raisins, and or dry cranberries, and or coconut,
YUM

It makes a great snack on the go for my toddler, we have been out at parks and to friends and family a lot this last week and I just grab a jar of cb, bananas and raisins and we are good to go!
Fruit is all round good for that but I find if my little guy just eats fruit he gets a bit wound up, so I like to give him some nut/seed milk, an energy ball, avocado, or some of the above to steady his energy.
I am so excited about the kids/family forum, thank you Carmella, and moderating Mom's
