I know that no one here would consider a VitaMix junk! But I am hoping to connect with someone that has an old VitaMix that they would like to give to a loving home (willing to pay of course). I would prefer to get a used one to start because I am new to this and the cost of a brand new one at this point (the hubby and I are saving for a house) would cover a home inspection AND a septic inspection! Have either of you looked on ebay or amazon? I sold mine used on amazon when I moved to Hungary, and I did buy and old school one for my mom (one of the steel ones) from ebay... (it was around $100 and she loves it)
