Ohhhhhhhh! I so wish I could be there... That menu looks fab! In fact, just today Manu was asking me about if I'd ever tried making a raw corn chowder AND tomorrow, your fajitas are on our dinner menu. Can't wait!!!

Funny!!!!!!!!! Joz's Corn Chowder - he does not know our secret???? and well; he probably will get to taste it one of these days??? actually corn chowder and Fajitas sound good together!

I'm teaching it for my two RAW un-cooking classes! and Fajitas; so many people want want to learn how to make those!

wow: ME IS GOING TO BEEEEEEEEEE BUISY ! and I was hoping for a quiet October !!!!

The class went perfect! and ah ''da'''' food, Fajitas, and corn tortillas and 'sour' cream and ''''da'''' cake was just perfect ! Yum

we had a person that just heard about 'raw' and she enjoyed everything !

sooooooooooo got to do another one on the 30th!

Whewwwwwwwwwww! so we finished a Lecture at a Hospital on Sunday -- then wedding reception in the evening!

then Monday we did a Victoria Boutenko lecture!

tonight had 1/2 Raw 1/2 Cooked Birthday Dinner -- a tradition we'v been carrying on for 14 yrs now. It's done.

Wednsday; do food shopping; and pre dehydrate food for Tursday un Cooking class here.

Thursday the big dodo raw chef event and OCTOBER is done! oh yah; lights out and no trix for Holloween I'm done!!! so ya all don't forget don't overdue 'holloween' Go Green Go Healthy and be well!

I'm off planning RAW events for November and December. Joz

Last night we had cherry vice cream with cherry sauce and chocolate sauce !!!!!!!!!!!! and everyone Raw and non Raw went for seconds !!!!!!!!!!!!

I was hoping and planning to have a nice ending to my mussings for October !!!!!!!!!!!! hehehe

My son got here last night about 6 p.m. by 9:09 I was ready to take him to the airport to send him back to Ohio !!!!!!!!! hmmm; now I know why he lives in Ohio and I'm in Oregon!!!!!!!!!

Offffffffffffff to set up for un'Cooking class !!!!!!! but but he arranged himself a 'party' and invited some of his old friends !!! well NOT NOT in my house NOT NOT today!!!!!!

How life trully throws lemons our way ! and today I can't make lemonade with them I have other things on the menu!

Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!! the class was a TOTAL success ! Everyone loved the food! So I gave them homework! They have to make one or two things next week and have to call me or bring me samples!!!!!

So I'm at it again.................for february my calendar is filling up...........wow.

got a call 8 a.m. from two ladies on the line...............I'm invited to do unCooking in Redding California..........on the 22nd.......... right now they have plans for 50 people..............

one thing in my life when asked............I never wanted to be 'famous'

Jozzie how much to you charge for your classes?
Someone in a town somewhat close to mine does one for $100 per person, and I was wondering if that's the running rate on average.
