white sauce? yommo ! I got some someplace.....I'll search later for now ? Creamy White Sauce;
1cup soaked sunflower seeds
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 date
1 tsp lecithin
½ tsp salt
pinch black pepper
½ tsp thyme
1 small shallot or 3 T sweet onion chopped
Directions:
Place all ingredients into blender and blend till creamy.
adjust taste.... little lemon juice? little more salt??? Joz

The journey in Oregon really brought back memories when we went to visit our daughter in Portland such beautiful scenery ahhhhhhh.

OH Man I wish I were there learning as much as my feeble mind & body can hold! I made the Cafe Gratitud's Lemon Pie.. Hmm Something happened.. I need to go back to the kitchie to figure it out... It was RUNNY I haven't figured out the scale thingy yet.. Are there instructions how to read one of those or convert recipes? Like 2.4 oz what is that my scale only reads 2 or 3?
