Jozzie how much to you charge for your classes?
Someone in a town somewhat close to mine does one for $100 per person, and I was wondering if that's the running rate on average.
Right now, since my classes were in conjunction with Boot Camp and these were graduates I charged $20 but planning to open these to the public.... so I'l do $45
that will include
soup
entree -- which is a 3-4 part ie tacos (tortillas, filling, sour cream, sauce???)
and dessert which is a good 3 hrs and then we eat a full meal not just little 'samples' !
This is the very same woman I have taken raw workshops with at the local healthfood store in Montpelier. She knows her stuff, and is extremely pleasant. I would love to be ble to atend a few of Jozzie's classes, but OR in not in the cards for me. Looks like the family will be relocating to Baltimore in the future.

Sorry I blipped out of the radar. My life has taken some interesting turns.
I'm cooking as a profession at the children's ski school at Stowe. My family continues to live in NJ, as I tackle the daily woes of cooking SAD!!! I'm enjoying my solitude even though I miss my husband and kids. My daughter spent a month home with me from school, which was very relaxing for the two of us.
Know that I enjoy reading your daily musings, and will stay in touch when I can.
So. to continue with this. I'm making ""Irish Stew"" for St Patty's Raw Pot Luck..............it's a tasting good............got to dehydrate it for a few hrs,
and
just organized a unCooking Class for the 29th in Redding Calif..........that's exciting so I'll be teaching them to take over and run RAW and I'll go there once in a while to coach them along.......told them to organize their first raw pot luck for after Easter and I'll come bring some BBQ 'meat' balls.................so they are excited.

Sunday I'm driving to Redding Calif, from Oregon to do a unCooking class. I'm so exited, they have a group of people that are interested.
Next month I 'll help them to organize their 1st Raw Pot Luck.....actually will go back there and support them............. this is such a '''pleasure'''' to be able to do that..... WOW!
did the unCooking class in Redding 145 miles away! it went so good. good participation and excellent questions..........this group never had RAW prepped foods before.............all were amazed and so was I...............!

now.............they want me back.................I gave them homework!!! twice a week to make Raw '''salad''' from Fresh book and Raw dessert..........and in a month or so I'll go and do their first RAW POT LUCK !!!!!!!!!
probably will do another class.................. the people that came said that they have so and so that will be interested............ so I told them to get a group, get a place and I'll come................
I got so many e-mail thank you's now they'r (some of them) planning to come to Oregon for a pot luck and a lecture that we'r having.......and then they'r planning a pot luck , so that's a success........... and I will go 145 miles to be with them on their first one..............
this is such a 'high' I did not need my 'prozac' (raw chocolate!) today...........imagine that?
