June 28 Raw Pot Luck and Dr. Donato lecture on ''Sugar''' Nancy Appleton wrote several books.............how sugar interferes with all the nutrients...............and she did a DVD ""Sweet Suicide""" interesting..........it starts with a cemetary and on each tumb stone is a candy bar, ice cream, sundae, tweenky, and Snickers, and cereals ... Cleaver!!!!!!!!!
Joz, you get me to thinking . . . has there ever been a raw restaurant that has an all you can eat buffet? I mean what with making all this food for people for free and stuff . . . . whereas I find it quite expensive to do this . . . . .
