The layout is wonderful! I love how the times are given for the different parts of the recipe. I think I'm going to make (or rather start) the kimchi first. Yum.
I made the Chap Chae last night and it was a hit with the folks. Even my picky finicky mother liked it. I didn't tell her the noodles were kelp until after.
I don't have hijiki so I used wakame and dulse strips. I added chopped dandelion also.
Daddy had his first 99.9% raw dinner and dessert last night.
