Chocolate Cream Pie

Crust:
2 c. walnuts
1 1/2 c. dates
Pie filling:
2 avocados
1 c. carob powder
1/2 c. honey (or agave or whatever you like to use)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of sea salt
1/4-1/2 c. of water
For the crust I ground up the walnuts in the food processor first.
Then I added the dates and blended them until they were crumbs not
smooth like you might do for balls. I patted that into a pie pan and
fluted the edges with my fingers.
For the pie filling I blended it all in the blender. You could use
the food processor too. I added enough water to get it moving in the
blender. I didn't measure it so that is just approximate. I put it in
the crust and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. It
was so good!!
