Books for Raw Pregnancy and for Raising Raw/Vegan Children

Hi there. I see a ton of suggestions for "natural birth" so I won't have to ask about that, but I am really interested in suggestions from the community in respect of raw food nutrition during pregnancy and books on nutrition for raising raw children. Would love any personal recommendations as there are a whole schlew of books it seems out there and I would prefer to go on someone else's lead.
