3 year old with Diabetes 1 on insulin

I don't much other than above, but my new friend or temporary friend these days, who knows, has a grandchild that has above. Kid given insulin daily or maybe more than once day--not known to me.

I was think Dr. Joel Fuhrman or Dr. Joel Robbins for help.

Any suggestions I can pass on when I hear from the lady?
