Hello All,
So excited to be a part of this community. I love to cook. However, the raw experience is something new to me altogether. There are 2 reasons I decided to dive a little deeper into the raw lifestyle. I got extremely ill last year and the thing that I know cured me was eating mostly raw for a few weeks. I looked great and felt even better. Also my roomie is an awesome gardener. The food looked so beautiful coming out the ground I just did not want to cook it. So here I am

I am lucky enough to have some of the necessary tools to start with, dehydrator, vita mix and a mandolin. I just am very intimidated but I guess I have to take baby steps, incorporating as much raw as I possibly can.
Looking forward to the adventure.
