Oh, I love LOVE this 'mayonnaise'. I have been making it about once a week lately.; it is so versatile! You can use the almonnaise on crackers or with "sandwiches". (Try it on a piece of onion bread with a nice slice of tomato, sprouts, and salt and pepper! Mmmmmm) I sometimes like to put a few spoonfuls aside in a bowl and thin it with water to make it into a salad dressing. It's also super yummy thinned into a sauce to put on top of zucchini noodles or marinated veggies and quinoa or whatever cereal (if you still eat some cooked).
