) I think it's best to have fruit first. Some people go as far to have fruit only for the first half of the day. I think that fruit digests faster so it's better to have first, if you have it after something else I've heard that it is harder on digestion. They also say you shouldn't combine fruit with fats. As I said I'm no expert though!!
