Sun Cooked Top Raman Noodles

This soup is so good, it reminds me of when I ate the Top Raman Noodles. Taste almost just like it!

Sun Cooked Top Raman Noodles

1 Tbs. Parsley or Green Onions
3 Cups warm water
2 Tbs. Chopped Tomatoes
Cup White Miso
Cup Nama Shoyu
2Tbs. Grated Cucumber
1 Tsp. Red Pepper flakes or Tsp. Jalapeno (chopped)
1 Tbs. grated carrot
Tsp. grated ginger

*1 Tsp. hot mustard (how to make below, this makes more than the 1 Tsp. needed for the recipe!)
(1 cup brown soaked mustard seeds
Cup lemon Juice
Tsp. Celtic Sea Salt
Mix in blender and transfer to a jar and keep in fridge.)

*********************************************

Mix all ingredients in a Tupperware bowl with a lid. (set aside)
Rinse a package of Kelp Noodles by sea tangle http://seatangle.com/products_seatangle_noodles.html
Add the rinsed noodles to the liquid mixture and set in the sun for 4 hours. Pour into bowls and eat!

My kids love Top Ramen too. I'm going to try this too and see what they think.
