This soup is so good, it reminds me of when I ate the Top Raman
Noodles. Taste almost just like it!
Sun Cooked Top Raman
Noodles
1 Tbs. Parsley or Green Onions
3 Cups warm water
2 Tbs. Chopped Tomatoes
¼ Cup White Miso
½ Cup Nama Shoyu
2Tbs. Grated Cucumber
1 Tsp. Red Pepper flakes or ½ Tsp. Jalapeno (chopped)
1 Tbs. grated carrot
½ Tsp. grated ginger
*1 Tsp. hot mustard (how to make below, this makes more than the 1 Tsp. needed for the recipe!)
(1 cup brown soaked mustard seeds
¾ Cup lemon Juice
½ Tsp. Celtic Sea Salt
Mix in blender and transfer to a jar and keep in fridge.)

Mix all ingredients in a Tupperware bowl with a lid. (set aside)
Rinse a package of
Kelp Noodles by sea tangle

Add the rinsed
noodles to the liquid mixture and set in the sun for 4 hours. Pour into bowls and eat!
