A friend loves zucchini bread and my oven is dead for over a year. No reason to fix it as don't use it but the stove on occasions.
Got a dehydrated Zucchini Bread recipe I can travel with and deliver to her in person? I was thinking Carob Zucch. Bread and then a plain zucc. bread. Both to have raisins and nuts in them. Thanks.
