RAWkin Green Smoothie

This is my favorite - it makes like 2+ quarts, so beware!

RAWkin Smoothie

2 Young Thai Coconuts, meat and water
1 Cup Cherries
Spinach to taste
1 handful parsley
Frozen banana OR frozen mango...

BLEND WELL!

This sounds good. I made something pretty similar recently and it was really good. Lately I have been wanting cherries, blueberries or red grapes in all my smoothies.

cherry substitute

I can't get cherries unless frozen with possibly limited flavour so I might try grapes. Thanks

I really need to get more nutrients down as I'm mainly eating fruit through a lack of RAW practice- all is a learning curve.

Don't worry about just eating fruits ! They even have protein!!!!

Even Fruit Contains All Required Protein
Even consuming (the right-) fruits only, you will absorb all protein you need. .... amino acid contents have to be compared to the amino acid requirements ...

(he suggest eating little raw salmon!!! eek!!!) make a little unTuna posted here somewhere...........and a Brazil nut or two...............you'll be all set...............

I would remove each cherry pit. Why take a chance on the blender goofing. Just one pit lodged in your throat is not worth it. Keep it safe.

Enjoy!!!!!!
